Disappointed in this buggy game

This game has too many bugs and it seems they havent been addressed since launch which was a long time ago. I sent a tech support request to the publisher and they dont reply. I probably wont finish this game as a result. Disappointed since I bought it when it came out in anticipation of another great game from this company.

Most annoying bug right now is the music doesnt work which kills the atmosphere.
