Ravensword: Shadowlands App Reviews

To be honest I like Aralon better. I was so hyped for this game so maybe thats my own fault but Im left disappointed. Its a vast, gorgeous world for sure, but entering the first town shows how useless that is when it seems so desolate. The town just feels abandoned and thats what a lot of the expanse feels like. Sure Aralon suffered from this a bit but they managed to "fake it" so to speak by at least having citizens walk around the towns. I hate the comparison to Elder Scrolls pocket edition but I feel like its allllmost there but needs a bit more life in the world to make it truly epic. Also the random jumps in difficulty (thankfully you can adjust) are jarring and dont help the experience at all.

Awesome game! Its like elder scrolls pocket edition! The only beef I have is that the controls are a bit clunky, its easy to get out or under the maps, I wish you had a few more actions, and its a bit short. Theres not much there really. But plz make another!

I really enjoyed this game. For an app it functioned fairly well. Controls easy to use on iPad mini, the worlds (levels?) well created and fun to explore. It did crash randomly, so I was constantly saving so I didnt have to repeat sections when I reopened the game. Very frustrating when it crashed as I was saving. The story line is decent and so are the quests. Would have liked more villages, interactions and quests as you travelled around exploring. Places to sell goods without having to return all the way back to the main town would be handy - twice I had to travel from the dark elves over-encumbered so I could sell my goods. Places (read chests) to leave items that you cant sell would be handy or even to have completed quest items no longer in the inventory. You can buy houses and furniture but I couldnt see the point as you cant sleep or rest in the bed. I completed all the quests including the main one before I had enough money to buy a house. Worth the money I paid.

This is a GREAT game something you could expect from consoles but theres a glitch for me where in first person when Im holding my sword my sword is facing forwards (kinda like a hidden blade in Assasins creed) please fix but otherwise its a great game

This is a good basic rpg with a high level of 3d graphics goodness. It is composed of a small semi open world with non class based character development. It is solid with few bugs encountered on an ipad 2. It is worth the price but it is very limited compared to full console or PC/Mac game. There is no real loot variety mostly sellable junk. Items are modified via found gems ( which there are few of). There are only few quests and the world is about 10 small zones. You can buy a house and furnish it, just because there isnt much else to buy. The main story is quite forgettable. That said, the groundwork for a solid sequel is there to flesh out the undeveloped aspects. In summary as solid but limited vanilla rpg.

Im playing on an I-pad 2 and the graphics arent as nice as on the later versions. Is it because Of space or just the version please fix the graphics for the I-pad 2.

Was great game however I finished my the entire game in 275 minutes disappointing that there wasnt more to the game......

Its like a mini skyrim for the phone I recommend to anyone who is an elder scrolls fan cause this is the closes thing you will get for iOS! No crashes yet for me about 2 hours in exploring! Worth the money 5 stars iPod 5th gen iOS 8

Bought this game to use with my stratus controller, but it always crashes when the controller is connected. Hopefully they fix it soon.

4 stars only cause little bit of lag here on iPhone 4 last version of iOS 7

Worst! Control! Ever! Slow response, unconvinient and wry. Very often you tap screen but this $$$ hero does nothing! Even if he is full of energy! Dont do games, please! Try something else...

When I entered a building and crashed the game, I tried to load back in but now Im in the bottom of the map, falling and then dying, now I cant play the same file without starting the whole game again, please fix.

The game is so empty. Lots of areas but they are empty so out of interest.

Please fix game cant get past tutorial, fix as soon as possible pls.

Controller support for a game like this should be a given, but this game crashes when its so much as connected.
